SHIPPING POLICY

We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly. That's why we strive to ship all orders as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods, but we always do our best to ensure a prompt delivery. Thank you for choosing us!

Orders

Placing an order for products means that you are offering to purchase that product on and subject to the following terms and conditions of sale.​

All purchasers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Exotic Elephant LLC. Placement of an order indicates that you represent and warrant (1) that all of the information that you provide to Exotic Elephant LLC are true and accurate; (2) that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order; and (3) that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods ordered.

All orders placed on this Website are subject to: (1) product availability; and (b) Exotic Elephant LLC’ confirmation of the order quantity and price. Exotic Elephant LLC retains the right to refuse any orders. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Product shipment may vary according to availability and is subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which Exotic Elephant LLC will not be responsible.

Return & Exchange Policy

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. But, if you are unsatisfied, it's easy to get a replacement or store credit.

Please see our return and exchange policies below for full details. Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with the original packaging and receipt.

You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order within the United States. We will offer store credit for orders outside the United States. Not including shipping and handling. Customers must pay shipping and handling.

Shipping charges are often not refundable. Please remember we can't accept returns without prior authorization.

​The original payment method is needed to exchange or get store credit. If you paid with a gift card, you will receive a refund to a gift card. Simply send an email to info@exoticelephant.com.
